Curriculum
- Facilitate syllabus development, course revision, instructional development, improved teaching/learning, and exploration of innovative learning strategies with appropriate individuals and groups.
- Provide instructional development programs for teaching assistants, graduate students, and residents.
Assessment
- Educate and assist faculty with classroom assessment techniques to enhance teaching and student learning.
- Collaborate with the Office of Academic Affairs in developing and conducting overall curriculum and program assessment.

Faculty Enrichment
- Support faculty in developing, designing and conducting educational research, and reporting results as posters, publications and presentations.
- Assist faculty in developing teaching philosophies and teaching portfolios.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching/learning seminars and the scholarship of teaching.
- Facilitate the development of the science of learning in pharmacy education.
Instructional Technology
- Advocate the adoption of innovative technologies that enhance teaching and learning.
- Assist faculty in incorporating appropriate technologies in classroom instruction, curriculum enhancement and assessment.
